- Support the Transport Managers in administrative duties for the department, including maintenance of spreadsheets, raising purchase orders.
- Support the Transport Coordinators in conducting pre-briefs and de-briefs with drivers ensuring any issues raised are captured and escalated as required.
- Support the Transport Coordinators in preparing and allocating driver paperwork and store keys; ensuring drivers are fully aware of the requirements for the designated route.
- Comply with all legal and Company policies and procedures regarding health and safety to ensure you work in a manner that keeps you and your colleagues safe.
- Must have excellent administration skills ideally within a transport department.
- Excellent communication skills including friendly telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good relationship building skills.
