My client has been a successful and well established business for over 20 years.  Due to growth they are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join an existing team of 3.  Joining the accounts function, you will be a proficient user of Sageline50 and possess a minimum of 3 years accounts experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining purchase and sales ledger records accurately using Sageline50
• Maintaining supplier records
• Matching, batching coding and inputting purchase invoices onto the system
• Managing supplier invoice queries via telephone and email
• Completing CIS returns, sending statements
• Preparing payment runs
• Debt management, chasing outstanding payments, collecting new and aged debts
• Creating debtor reports
• Managing customer credit limits
