Senior Buyer - Construction / Property Maintenance Warrington £35,000 - £40,000

Are you an ambitious and motivated Buyer with experience of capital works and/or maintenance within the Construction / Property sector? What will the role involve?

  • Leading high value tenders and contract negotiations for capital works and reactive maintenance
  • Undertaking contract management and supplier relationship management
  • Conducing regular supplier business reviews
  • Delivering cost savings and added value
  • Managing and developing internal and external stakeholder relationships

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • Relevant procurement experience, including tendering and contract negotiation
  • Proven relationship building / stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical ability with good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Previous experience in the construction / property management sector would be preferred but not essential
