Your Responsibilities
Achieve agreed sales targets for new vehicles within set financial guidelines
Engage with customers, capture key contact details, and follow up within 24 hours to ensure a high-quality buying experience
Contribute to the development and improvement of sales strategies and processes
Ensure full compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements

Proven sales experience with strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Excellent presentation, organisation, and time management abilities
Confidence and composure under pressure, especially when working to tight deadlines
A dynamic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
Availability to work on a rotating weekend schedule
IT proficiency, ideally with knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
