Senior Financial Accountant SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large Warwick based business, a leader in their industry, in the recruitment of a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team. We are seeking a part qualified or qualified accountant with a strong financial accounting background. Benefits: Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 from home Performance related bonus Competitive pension Private Medical Insurance Excellent internal career opportunities Some key duties: - Assist in the submission of monthly P&L and balance sheet reports - Contribute to external and internal reporting needs, including quarterly forecasts, annual ONS submissions, and bi-annual internal audit control submissions. - Take responsibility for relevant month-end processes, including accruals, provisions, and data review. - Maintain the integrity of the ledger by managing relevant balance sheet captions, performing reconciliations, and collaborating with the finance team to enhance data quality. - Take ownership of new areas related to the IFRS transition, including calculating journals and managing team responsibilities. - Undertake special projects in response to specific business needs.
