Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced accounts assistant to join our client's accounts team located in Warwick.
Key responsibilities include managing the purchase ledger, inputting purchase invoices, and reconciling supplier accounts.
The role also involves banking and reconciliation, processing sales invoices, credit control, and managing the job costing system.
Candidates should have prior experience in a similar role, along with strong PC skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
The position requires a Monday to Friday shift pattern, and the salary is competitive based on experience.

We are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join our clients accounts team based in Warwick

Duties will include

Management of purchase ledger

Inputting of purchase invoices

Reconciliation of supplier accounts

Banking and reconciliation

Processing of sales invoices and credit control

Managing the job costing system

Previous experience in a similar role is desired

Applicants must have good PC skills

Good attention to detail and good communication skills

Shift pattern - Monday - Friday
