The Role

You’ll be a vital part of the Advice Operations team, working closely with Client Administrators and Personal Assistants to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your day will include processing key client documentation, managing communications with providers and third parties, handling incoming/outgoing post, and updating internal systems.

You'll also support on ad hoc tasks such as scanning, printing, packaging documents, and generally being the go-to support across the office. You’ll be the type of person who’s proactive, calm under pressure, and loves being that reliable presence in the team.
