Your new companyMy client has just won a major new contract and, as such, are looking to increase their existing team to meet the demands.Your new roleWorking fully in the office, you will be responsible for not only looking after clients over the phone and face to face, but will also be the key person booking product services and dealing with any queries. This will require you to liaise with various departments throughout the company to ensure that jobs can get done. What you'll need to succeedYou will have strong administration skills and be used to dealing with databases and Excel spreadsheets, along with excellent customer service skills.
