Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new membership applications and renewals efficiently.
  • Handle membership upgrades and ensure all checks are completed.
  • Administer Direct Debits for fee collection.
  • Maintain high-quality membership records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and potential members.
  • Assist with membership queries via phone, email, and letters.
  • Support other teams with membership-related queries.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
