Key Responsibilities:
- Process new membership applications and renewals efficiently.
- Handle membership upgrades and ensure all checks are completed.
- Administer Direct Debits for fee collection.
- Maintain high-quality membership records.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and potential members.
- Assist with membership queries via phone, email, and letters.
- Support other teams with membership-related queries.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
