What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing efficient and high-quality administrative support to financial planners.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate client records while ensuring compliance.
  • Preparing reports, valuations, and essential documentation for client meetings.
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assisting with new business processing and ongoing client relationship management.
  • Staying up to date with regulatory requirements and supporting compliance procedures.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in financial services administration (Wealth Management, IFA, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
