**What You Will Do:**
- Develop and maintain complex shading networks, focusing on efficient and methodical design.
- Capture physical references for digital reproduction, leveraging a deep understanding of photography, optics, and digital scanning techniques.
- Create physically accurate digital materials and textures, adhering to the company's creative and technical standards.
- Manage a comprehensive material library, ensuring a high-quality output across various CGI use cases.
- Collaborate across departments to support Vehicle Design, Materiality, Brand, and Customer Ready workstreams.
- Drive workflow improvements, enhancing the efficiency and quality of the department's output.
**What You Will Bring:**
- Extensive experience in texturing and material/shader creation within the CGI industry.
- Expertise in VRay renderer with Autodesk Maya and Unreal Engine.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, and Adobe Substance Designer.
- Strong knowledge of 3D model topology, UV mapping with UDIMs, and data/file management.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
