- Input part numbers into the PIM system as requested by Product Line.
- Conduct competitor research into automotive parts looking to increase market share and opportunities.
- Keep data storage up to date with accurate information from competitor research.
- Ensure part numbers are correctly added and stored to the database.
- Liaise in house photography team to ensure correct images are uploaded with relevant parts.
- Liaise with other departments, such as Category, Product and Engineering.
- Previous experience working in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry.
- Previous experience using cataloguing systems in a main dealership or aftermarket.
- Good understanding of automotive car parts with some mechanical knowledge.
- Prior experience using ERP’s and industry cataloguing tools, CCU desirable.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of most Microsoft Applications
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.

- Able to build trust with stakeholders and understand the customer's perspective.
