Do you have experience in a fast paced, well rounded Credit Control role? Are you looking to make a move into an established and forward thinking business? Are you methodical and adaptable in a fast-paced environment?We are excited to be supporting an established and innovative business with their search for a Credit Controller. Through expert knowledge and consistent focus on improvement this Warwick based company are leading the way in their sector. You will be building and maintaining secure stakeholder relationships and own a portfolio of client accounts. You will be joining their friendly, organised and supportive Credit Control team and report into the department Supervisor.This role comes with an annual salary of up to £28,000 dependant on experience.Duties include:

  • Raising invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensuring cash is collected and ensure systems are kept updated.
  • Investigating queries and ensuring effective resolution, whilst recognising potential problems and identifying areas for improvement
  • Carrying out bank reconciliations, analysing bank statements and Cash Allocation
  • Run aged debt reports and provide analysis.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role.
  • Organised, detail orientated and able to meet specified deadlines.
  • Confident communicator and be able to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Able to take ownership of your accounts and be confident in making decisions.
  • Able to support your team and use your initiative with organising and keeping on top of your workload.
  • Hold good accounting software knowledge, previous use of SAP is desirable, and be a competent Excel user.
