Compliance Administrator

Duration - 6 Months

Location - Warwick / Remote

Summary

My high-profile Utilities client is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team Based at their Warwick offices (2 days a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.

In this role, you will be working as part of a team to provide excellent customer service, receiving and processing health and safety related incidents by telephone and email and to accurately record the incident details into National Grids Incident Management System.

Key accountabilities:

  • Receive and process health and safety related incidents via phone and email from internal customers.
  • Record incidents in the Incident Management database in line with INV1 and HSE requirements.
  • As a skilled customer agent engage with the caller to ensure accurate interpretation, transcription, and input of incident details into databases.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to the changing needs of the business' Health and Safety obligations.
  • Follow the correct course of action to ensure our customers are safe, whilst excellent customer service levels are maintained.
  • Logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment where there are high volumes of incoming calls.
  • Data input skills - speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to ensure that successful relationships are established and maintained with internal parties.
  • Support in training the wider business.
