Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for our customers and healthcare partners.
Warwick, office based Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
£27-£29k DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers and healthcare professionals via phone and email, providing exceptional support and product information.
- Processing and packing patient orders from our onsite warehouse.
- Monitoring stock levels and liaising with manufacturers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Coordinating with internal teams for technical support when needed.
- Accurately maintaining customer databases and product records.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong background in customer service with a professional, friendly, and patient approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- A problem-solver with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.); experience with QuickBooks is a plus (training provided).
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different teams.
