Customer Service Officer – Join a Leading Medical Innovations Company!

Are you a proactive and customer-focused professional looking to make a difference in people’s lives? Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for our customers and healthcare partners.

Warwick, office based Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

£27-£29k DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with customers and healthcare professionals via phone and email, providing exceptional support and product information.
  • Processing and packing patient orders from our onsite warehouse.
  • Monitoring stock levels and liaising with manufacturers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for technical support when needed.
  • Accurately maintaining customer databases and product records.
  • Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong background in customer service with a professional, friendly, and patient approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • A problem-solver with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.); experience with QuickBooks is a plus (training provided).
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different teams.
