• Manage and prioritise calendars, ensuring key business activities and objectives are met with precision.• Coordinate travel arrangements and support documentation for Enterprise Leaders, enhancing their operational efficiency.• Attend and contribute to team meetings, taking initiative to follow through on actions until completion.• Compile daily files and approvals, maintaining a high standard of quality and timeliness.• Oversee the management of Enterprise Leader’s expenses and approve first-line expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies.• Arrange and coordinate team meetings, town halls, and away days, fostering a collaborative team environment.
