Internal Sales Agent

Location: Tachbrook Park, Warwick

Salary: £23,400 - £26,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and proactive support via phone and email, responding to customer and prospect inquiries.
  • Manage CRM data by logging prospect details and handling inbound/outbound communications.
  • Follow up on leads, book appointments, and assist the sales team in managing their schedules.
  • Handle post-appointment surveys, complaints, and urgent customer messages.
  • Actively promote Calor services and products, supporting our sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year experience in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, or Call Centre environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • A flexible, adaptable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
