Internal Sales Agent
Location: Tachbrook Park, Warwick
Type: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid
Salary: £23,400 - £26,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and proactive support via phone and email, responding to customer and prospect inquiries.
- Manage CRM data by logging prospect details and handling inbound/outbound communications.
- Follow up on leads, book appointments, and assist the sales team in managing their schedules.
- Handle post-appointment surveys, complaints, and urgent customer messages.
- Actively promote Calor services and products, supporting our sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, or Call Centre environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and administrative skills.
- Ability to handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus.
- A flexible, adaptable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
