We are working on behalf of our prestigious client, who is seeking an experienced and exceptional PA to be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities at C-Suite level. This role will involve a lot of complex travel and diary management.

This is full time position working 9am until 5pm with half lunch (37.5 hour). This role is home based 4 days a week, with the requirement to attend office 1 day a week on Tuesdays in central Warwick CV34.

This is a 3 fixed term contract, with a strong possibility to be made permanent for the successful employee as they are recruiting for the permanent position. This role is for an immediate start in October/November 2024 .

Role and responsibilities:

  • As a PA you will be solely responsible for extensive diary management for the C-Suite team
  • Responsible for diary management and managing conflicting schedules effectively to organise meetings across multiple stakeholders
  • Proactively managing incoming emails and responding in a professional and confidential manner on behalf of the Executive team
  • Produce quality accurate documents and PowerPoint presentations
  • Responsible for effective preparation for meetings including preparing documents, briefing papers, agendas, reports and minuting meetings accurately to distribute
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion in the position
  • Organise workshops, conferences and events as required by the business
  • Effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Engaging in a positive manner with the internal PA network to build relationships
  • All administrative and organisational duties as required

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven work history working in a high-profile Executive Assistant or PA role is essential
  • Demonstrable experience in diary and inbox management is essential
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive nature with the ability to go the extra mile
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to act in a confidential manner and maintain high levels of integrity at all times
  • Calm manner with a professional appearance and manner
