I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their team
Job Description
As Scrum Master, your main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that squads operate effectively using agile principles
- Ensuring that squads have a clear plan, set achievable goals and drive progress through sprints
- Facilitating the removal of squad impediments
- Reporting squad progress transparently to stakeholders across the business
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Recognised Agile methodologies or Scrum Master Certification
- Ability to manage complex projects/products, across diverse teams & global locations
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
- Understanding of high-quality user stories and how to drive to a satisfactory MVP
- An adaptable and pragmatic approach, and a curious mind
