Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Provide comprehensive support for Year 6 SATs, ensuring students are well-prepared and confident.
Adapt lesson plans to accommodate the needs of SEN children, promoting an inclusive learning environment.
Manage full teaching responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and reporting.
Work collaboratively with a Teaching Assistant who will support classroom activities and individual student needs.
Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Previous experience teaching Year 6 students and supporting SATs preparation is highly desirable.
Experience in working with SEN children and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
