We work with some of the UK's largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.
We are looking for an all round Multi Trader work is in the Warwick area to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance (not Electric or gas), services to our clients at a high quality standard.
All applicants must be within a 45 min drive from warwick.
Responsibilities:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client.
Ensuring all work are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

33000 P/A Van and Fuel

Standby (optional) 50 per call out 1/4
23 Annual holiday; increase after 1 years' service to a maximum of 5 days
After 1 year in employment they get their birthday off.
They will be working on the repair maintenance side ( tenants houses)
Clean licence (will accept 3 points)
