Working as part of a well-established HR team, you'll be providing HR advisory services to a portfolio of small business clients up and down the UK.
That could be anyone at all... hairdressers, shopkeepers, farmers... who need your expertise and support to help their businesses flourish and thrive.
This job would suit a confident HR Advisor with a good level of ER knowledge and experience supporting on redundancies, TUPE in/out, disciplinaries, grievances, etc.Â
It's a full time, permanent role, based at offices in a small village a stone's throw from Warwick - a picturesque location also accessible from Redditch, Henley, Banbury, Leamington, Stratford, etc.
Salary circa £30,000 with benefits including discounted private healthcare cover, free on-site parking, regular team socials, pension and 30 days holiday (increasing with service).
Due to the location, you will need a driving license and access to a vehicle, it's not accessible by public transport. Also, this is essential for occasional client site visits.
