SF are thrilled to be working with a long standing manufacturing client who are looking for a HR Business Partner to come and join their team over in Warwick.
This is a fantastic position for a generalist HR professional, someone who is focused self-starter that can bring new and creative ideas to the business. We are looking for someone with ambition who is able to take on both the strategic and operational side of HR from employee relations, stakeholder management and project work across the wider organisation.
Some of the key skills / qualifications we are looking for include:
- Demonstrable experience working within a senior HR position
- Strong experience in creating innovative HR solutions and writing policies
- Management of ER case work and strong stakeholder management experience
- Ideally CIPD 5 qualified or similar
- Up to date working knowledge of HR employment law
Some of the key duties / responsibilities include:
- Supporting managers with the design and implementation of business structures
- Management of recruitment needs
- Lead on more complex employee relations cases and assist with the development of management
- Maintain and update company policies
- Various project work from well-being, leadership and more
- Drive and support the learning and development requirements
Based in Warwick 4 days in 1 day from home - with flexible hours and a early Friday finish, other benefits include; bonus, private healthcare and generous pension scheme.
