SF are thrilled to be working for a fantastic client based in Warwick who are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to come and join their team on a temporary basis until April 2025. We are looking for a a generalist HR Consultant with a good background and knowledge within the TUPE space. We need someone who can work closely with union representatives and be able to negotiate, advise and support the wider business within all aspects of HR. Key Skills we are looking for include; - Managing and supporting with the TUPE process - Strong working knowledge of HR and employment law - Excellent generalist skill set from ER, advisory, business partnering and more - Strong problem solver with a proactive initiative - Strong relationship building skills - CIPD qualification or equivalent is ideal but not essential Some day to day duties include; - Conduct detailed consultation and negotiation with union representatives to ensure the smooth transition of terms, conditions, pay, and benefits. - Act as the main contact for unions, managing open and constructive dialogue to address concerns, negotiate agreements, and resolve any issues regarding terms of employment. - Design and implement a structured consultation plan, including regular meetings and updates, to keep all parties informed and engaged throughout the transfer. - Develop a communication strategy - Respond to individual employee queries about the transfer, providing clear and comprehensive explanations regarding terms of employment, benefits, and anticipated changes. - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the process is fully compliant with TUPE regulations, organisational policies, and employment law And you will be collaborating closely with the internal HR team on day to day HR duties.
