Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment processes
  • Facilitate the on-boarding process
  • Oversee staff exits
  • Provide support and guidance to line managers on employee issues and performance management
  • Drive culture initiatives
  • Manage reward benefits and oversee health and safety for the team
  • Support training initiatives by managing appraisals and identifying staff training needs
  • Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices
  • Maintain the HR system, ensuring it accurately reflects current contracts, personal details, and training records
  • Produce quarterly HR KPI reports

Profile

A successful HR Officer should have:

  • Experience in HR operations, with knowledge in recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and policy management
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills to build effective relationships and manage team culture
