I am seeking a proactive, independent and hard working individual looking to join a collaborative and forward thinking organisation. This is a client facing role so confident and communication is key. You will have the ability to manage your own workload and also be involved in a variety of different projects throughout the HR function.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising on technical HR matters, including employee relations, policies and procedures, and recruitment, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant advice.
  • Drafting and reviewing HR documentation and agreements, ensuring they meet quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Proactively keeping clients updated with applicable legislative changes and suggesting/implementing necessary changes.
  • Supporting the acquisition and onboarding of new clients, including liaising with external advisers.
  • Assisting in the general administration function and participating in HR-related commercial projects as required.

About You:

  • CIPD qualified (Level 5) or holding a relevant HR Bachelor's degree, with a strong foundation in HR knowledge and practical experience.
  • Experience working in an international environment and a consultancy or shared service setting is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional client handling/customer service skills and strong commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Skills including: Proactive, Communication, Extremely professional, forward thinking, independent but also a team player.
