Are you an experienced HR Advisor / Partner who loves Operational HR with expertise in talent attraction and retention strategies?

If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to step into a job share which is a truly operational People Partner role, joining a well-known brand at a time of positive transformation and change.

Reporting to a newly appointed senior business partner you will support at an operational level to deliver the people strategy, operating between the strategic partners and shared services team. You will be coaching and advising operational leadership to execute the strategy and make use of all the MI to make data driven solutions and recommendations with day-to-day duties including:

  • Working closely with central resourcing team, developing new and effective talent attraction strategies and providing insight on resource planning
  • Working closely with wider people team and management on talent development and retention strategies
  • Reviewing and analysing MI to track people trends, identify causes and impacts and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Educating leaders and management on employee relations cases and employment legislation taking ownership of more complex cases with support of shared services team
  • Supporting senior HR partners with change programmes and other project work

This is a part-time permanent position working 22 hours Monday to Friday with opportunity to condense hours and/or flex start and finish times.

Our client is looking for experienced People Partners who have experience working in multi-site agile environments and any experience of working in organisations going through transformations would be ideal. You will also have experience working in regulated or similar environments and have knowledge of Safeguarding with up to date and in-depth employment law knowledge. Along with being familiar to a face paced, forever changing environment.

You will have experience working with resourcing teams on talent attraction and retention strategies and know how to attract the best talent in candidate short markets.

You will be efficient at working with MI to identify trends and be confident in presenting these back to senior management and stakeholders to offer solutions to strengthen the overall people strategy.
