Group Scrum Master - 39985 - £50.47/hr umbrella rate

What You Will Do: 

- Guide and coach team members towards achieving self-management and cross-functionality, ensuring high-value product increments.

- Facilitate all Scrum events, ensuring they are positive, productive, and within the allocated time.

- Communicate with stakeholders, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement within the Agile Release Train.

- Represent and escalate impediments to Programme/Vehicle Teams, supporting with obstacle resolution.

- Assist in the preparation and refinement of the Product Backlog, ensuring clear and concise items linked to stories/features/capabilities.

- Govern effective Product Goal definition and manage the group Product Backlog, facilitating stakeholder collaboration as necessary.

What You Will Bring: 

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role within an Agile environment, ideally in the automotive or related industries.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate, coach, and mentor teams towards achieving their objectives.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for navigating complex project landscapes.

- A deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery of value.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
