The role….

Sitting on the Apps & Platforms team, you will be a linchpin between the two aspects of their applications. The solutions architects working on their respective applications will sit either side and your role will involve leading in the Design, Transition and Assurance of their services.

You will oversee the production and update of service operating models, technical and architectural governance inclusive of all aspects of governance and regulations. As well as understanding the technical side of IT and Service Design you will have superb soft skills across communication, planning and being able to discuss with both Technical and non-technical people, crucially you will have demonstrable experience of having done this commercially in the past also.

What you will need

  • SME level in Service Design in a large/enterprise environment.
  • ITIL service Management, Software Lifecycle Management, Release Management.
  • Expert level Stakeholder management, technical and non technical.
  • Experience of designing services to be inclusive, accessible and sustainable.
  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable high level communication, planning and organisational skills.
