If so we have a superb opportunity here for someone to join an independent Insurance Broker where your hard work is truly rewarded and appreciated. They are looking to bring someone on board to provide full training and full study support for the Cert CII and then the Dip CII for you to become a qualified insurance broker.
The cycle from Trainee to fully qualified broker will take 4 years to complete here, but if you are hard working, driven and motivated to forge a career in insurance they will provide you will all the help and assistance you need to achieve this. You will learn to deal with Commercial clients and High Net Worth Insurance clients, so this is a truly superb opportunity for someone to grab their career by the scruff of the neck and develop themselves. This will entail learning to handle new business quotes, handling renewals quotes and making mid term alternations to clients policies, all going hand in hand with your studies here as you grown and develop.Â

You’ll need to have 2-3 years experience in a job and perhaps looking for a new direction to take you and your career in. You will also need to live relatively local to the office, which is based in Warwick.Â
They offer a starting basic salary of between £23-25k plus benefits package which includes 20 days Holiday, plus Christmas off (half day Christmas Eve then back on the 2nd Jan), Pension and Group PA, and a culture built around developing it's staff and you will also be offered full support for professional qualifications.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
