What You Will Do:

  • Lead and support the delivery of key transformation projects and technological advancements across engineering departments.
  • Guide teams in setting aspirations and generating roadmaps, ensuring efficient team setup and streamlined project delivery.
  • Coordinate and drive operational activities, including agile ceremonies, change and engagement initiatives, and project monitoring.
  • Play a pivotal role in the Off-Cycle environment, co-leading the coordination of projects that deliver future technologies and processes.
  • Utilise your experience in automotive programme delivery to influence teams and manage projects towards defined outcomes.
  • Work within an AGILE framework to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in automotive programme delivery, with knowledge of PCDS or other OEM processes.
  • Strong ability to influence teams and manage projects with a focus on achieving specific outcomes.
  • Experience working within an AGILE framework, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Extensive years of experience in the automotive sector, showcasing a deep understanding of industry challenges and opportunities.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in engineering processes and technologies.
