Position: Compliance Administrator

Salary: £23,000 PA

Contract: 6 month FTC (interviews commencing 09/12/2024)

Location: Warwick CV34, hybrid (3 in office, 2 at home)

Working Shifts: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/w

Our client is looking for a Compliance Administrator, to support our client’s Compliance Auditors. This role is initially 6 months FTC but could be extended or made perm dependant on workload

Compliance Administrator duties include:

  • Log and process new complaints.
  • Maintain and review case files.
  • Prepare documentation for hearings.
  • Monitor members’ compliance with legal obligations.

  • Update the member database and take action on breaches.

  • Organize and respond to correspondence.

  • Maintain accurate membership records.

  • Support the Audit Administrators with case management.

The business is steadily growing and this role will develop through time.

Compliance Administrator person specification:

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Experience of coordinating site visit bookings
  • Data entry experience
  • Be confident to question and think outside the box
  • Previous similar experience is advantageous
  • Be happy to travel to Leamington Spa few times throughout the year
