Product Administrator

25 days holiday + BH, Yearly Bonus, Share options, Pension, Death in service, Modern and fresh impressive working environment. Working 0800 to 1630 Monday to Thursday and an early Friday finish.

We are working with a well-established, exciting and inspiring organisation based in Warwick. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join an engaging and proactive team and develop their career within Customer Services.

As a Product Administrator, you will be responsible for the management of product data across all product categories. This includes handling data in our internal systems as well as customer systems/websites and third-party product portals. Additionally, you will support the product management team with the administration of product approvals, market research, literature proofing, and product sales analysis.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Administer and facilitate product approvals for all relevant products in collaboration with local and group product managers.
  • Develop and maintain a live working tracker to monitor the status and renewal dates of all products.
  • Manage all data associated with product phase-in and phase-out activities in SAP systems.
  • Ensure key customer databases are up to date-and accurate.
  • Populate customer NPI (New Product Introduction) templates for new product launches.
  • Maintain and review product information on key customer websites.
  • Handle SAP pricing uploads and prepare/submit all customer price files for annual price increases.
  • Proofread all product literature to ensure accurate representation of product data.
  • Manage product data on third-party product portals such as [Insert Example].
  • Prepare and submit recycling and waste packaging data to [Insert Relevant Authority].
  • Collaborate with product managers to conduct market competitor research and analysis, supporting strategy development.
  • Prepare regular reports on product performance, including sales, pricing, customer data, and market share.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs, grade C and above, including Maths and English.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Understanding of modern database and information technologies.
  • Ability to meet milestones and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Capacity to streamline data collection and analysis procedures for quick metric access.
  • Flexible working style with the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks/projects.
