Dental Seekers are proud to be recruiting a new Lead Receptionist for a well-established and friendly dental practice committed to providing exceptional patient care. We are seeking a dedicated and organised Lead Receptionist to join their team and help create a welcoming environment for patients and to oversee the operational side of the front of house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow.
  • Greet and assist patients with appointment scheduling, queries, and payments.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to manage appointments and patient records.
  • Supervise and support the reception team, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using dental practice management software, (Software of Excellence is preferable).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
