Programme Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Lead project reviews, manage timing plans, budgets, and customer negotiations.
  • Ensure adherence to project management policies and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing customer support throughout the programme lifecycle, including post-sales.
  • Report on project financials and overall health to senior management.
Programme Manager Requirements:
  • Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to support international customers.
  • Strong automotive project management experience, ideally within motorsport drivetrain projects.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in structured methodologies such as 8D.
  • APM membership or equivalent project management qualification (desirable).
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (advantageous).
