- Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to support international customers.
- Strong automotive project management experience, ideally within motorsport drivetrain projects.
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in structured methodologies such as 8D.
- APM membership or equivalent project management qualification (desirable).
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (advantageous).
- This role is based in Leamington Spa with occasional travel across the EU.
