Our client is a Warwickshire-based professional Life Sciences recruitment consultancy. They have some ambitious growth plans for the coming 18 months which include an opening for a researcher/resourcer to join the team. This role has the potential to develop into a recruitment consultant role, if you wish to progress in the future, or can develop into a more senior resourcing role if you do not wish to sell.
The role will be busy and varied and will include:
- Mapping and researching the market.
- Interviewing suitable candidates.
- Mapping and researching the market, gathering contacts and names.
- Gaining competitor information.
- Managing social media.
- Preparing e-shots and marketing.
- Assisting senior recruiters with day-to-day duties.
You will need to work at a fast pace as you speak to customers, using your charm and influence to build rapport - but also focusing on the accurate and timely completion of administration tasks as you work to meet fixed deadlines. They need a perfectionist with a great personality
They are looking for someone with great communication skills - both written and verbal.
You will have worked within a recruitment environment and will understand the recruitment process or will be looking to get into the recruitment industry with a view to taking your career in this director. The most important thing is that you are looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity, and you are open-minded and able to develop your skills as you grow in this role.
