** Finance Assistant **

- Completing reconciliations for bank accounts in multiple currencies.
- Posting bank transactions and journals.
- Scanning and processing purchase ledger invoices onto accounting software.
- Aiding the purchase ledger team by requesting copy invoices.
- Reconciling statements.
- Managing the accounts email inbox .
- Sending out sales ledger copy invoices.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Accounts team as required.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including a Level 5 or above in Mathematics and English.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and pride in work product.
- Ability to balance and prioritise workload, remaining composed during busy periods.
- Proactive in assisting other team members.
- Good communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of internal and external contacts.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
