The RoleDelighted to be supporting a well renowned business in Washington, Tyne and Wear, with their search for a Fabrications Coordinator.  Supporting the Fabrications Manager the following responsibilities will be required.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the company database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide administrative support to the Fabrication Manager, including managing schedules,
  • preparing reports, and handling routine tasks.
  • Organise and file electronic files into contract folders for easy access and retrieval.
  • Handle the general ordering of stock to ensure necessary materials are always available.
  • Maintain detailed records for each customer order, tracking progress from receipt to completion.
  • Monitor delivery logs, updating them as necessary to reflect changes or adjustments in schedules.
  • Confirm order acknowledgments with customers, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Compile data sheets with product specifications for each order.
  • Communicate with customers via telephone to discuss delivery dates, updates, and other inquiries related to their orders

  • Strong organisational and database management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and compiling data sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a busy environment and work from own initiative.
