Job SummaryI am delighted to be working a client based in Washington on the appointment of a Purchase Ledger Clerk to cover a 12month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining financial records. This role is crucial in supporting the overall financial health of the organisation and will involve using various accounting software systems.

Duties

  • Process and manage paper based purchase invoices in a timely manner
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the accounting software
  • Support audits by providing relevant documentation and information as required

Experience
