Industrious Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operator to join the team of a leading provider of motor parts. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of automotive parts, and a passion for customer service.

Hours - 8am-5pm, Monday-friday, Every other Saturday (4 Hours)

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-store, addressing inquiries on product availability, pricing, and compatibility.

Accurately process customer orders, confirm product details,

Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the purchasing department for replenishments, and communicate stock updates to customers.

Stay up to date with the latest motor parts and accessories, understanding their specifications and applications to better serve customer needs

Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Experience:

Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or automotive role ideal.

Skills:

Proficient in MAM, AUTOCAT

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail with accurate data entry capabilities.

Familiarity with motor parts and their applications.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
