SG Personnel are working with an established manufacturing company in Washington, who are looking to recruit a Production Team Leaderon a temporary to permanent/ permanentbasis dependent upon the succesful candidates situation.
Duties will include leading a small team of five operators on a weekly rotating 3 shift pattern. Given the size of the team, the team leader would be expected to assist and be hands on in the manufacturing process when needed on occasions.
Candidates must have at least 6 months team leader experience, within a manufacturing environment and ideally 18-24 months general manufacturing experience.
Three shift pattern as follows, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am.
Actual annual salary is 24,771.
With shift allowances applied accross the three shifts, annual earnings total 28,897.
