Based in South Lanarkshire, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering their industry-leading lubrication management programme, helping customers reduce costs, mitigate risks, and boost efficiency.

With offices in Newton Mearns and Inverness, they partner with global brands like Quaker Houghton and Lubrication Engineers (LE) to deliver comprehensive lubrication services across the UK and beyond.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • A mechanical or engineering background
  • A technical mindset, able to provide valuable solutions to customers
  • Strong organisational skills to maximise efficiency and minimise costs
  • Self-motivation with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Experience in condition monitoring (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A full UK driving licence

What will your role look like?

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, for customers
  • Carry out scheduled lubrication tasks using our cutting-edge scheduling system
  • Perform used oil analysis, from sampling to generating follow-up reports and implementing remedial actions
  • Conduct condition monitoring, including thermography, ultrasound, and visual inspections
  • Lead customer communication by managing KPIs and attending regular meetings
  • Drive continuous improvement on-site by planning and executing maintenance strategies
  • Manage stock control and inventory to ensure smooth site operations
