We are looking for an experienced Clinical Develop Nurse to work fora specialist care provider, who are one of the UKs leading providers of complex care. This is a permanent, full-time position and will be based at their head office close to Portsmouth. You will be paid a salary of £55,000 per annum.
To be considered for this role, you must...
- Be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
- Have working knowledge of the new CQC Single Assessment Framework Quality Statements
- Demonstrateevidence of professional development
- Have excellent clinical skills and experience working with complex care patients
As a Clinical Development Nurse, you will...
- Oversee and coordinate all clinical aspects of care
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the delivery of person-centred care
- Support with clinical audits and conducting investigations
- Provide evidence-based recommendations for service improvements
- Deliver training and education as required in both a formal and informal setting aligned with clinical education strategy and competency framework
