- Be the first point of call for customers via email and on the telephone
- Gain repeat business by calling through to old customers to establish what may have changed and rectify this
- Manage key client accounts and driving sales growth.
- Support customers with their billing and account queries. Making any changes to their accounts.
- Take ownership of sales targets and identifying sales opportunities.
- Using the CRM to keep a log of all activity, and chase and follow up on tender opportunities.
- Sell to existing customers to grow revenue.
- Liaise with Quality Assurance to ensure sales verification is compliant.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Will have had experience in a sales or account management role.
- Able to manage and prioritise time and workloads.
- Must drive.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to develop good sales and account management skills.
- Take ownership of issues and resolve them efficiently.

- Proven record of delivering against targets.
