CMA is partnering with a global market leading business based in Waterlooville, Hampshire to recruit an Accounts Receivable Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and gain valuable accounts receivable experience. Â Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be required to travel to the office 1 day a week.Â
What will the Accounts Receivable role involve?
- Setting up payment plans and gaining authorisation from relevant managers.
- Ensure all transactions have been authorised prior to being processed.
- Updating payment terms.
- Ensuring all processing is completed in a timely manner.
- Other ad hoc duties.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Receivable role:
- Previous experience within a customer facing role.
- Confident speaking to people on the phone.
- Strong IT Skills.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly.
