In this role, you will work closely with senior staff members to organise and implement work around the country. You will need to be a strong communicator with good organisational skills. As a Coordinator, your responsibilities will be: 
  • Working as part of a specialist team to schedule in work to be completed - proactive and reactive 
  • Liaising with trades people to schedule in work 
  • Manage multiple diaries 
  • Liaising with internal departments, clients and suppliers via telephone and email. 
  • Deliver projects inline with budgeting and time-frames. 
  • Ad hoc administration to support projects. 
  • Work towards strict deadlines. 
Ideally, you will have/be: 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. 
  • Strong organisational skills. 
  • A background within projects (desired)
  • Able to juggle a heavy workload. 
  • Good administrative experience.
