Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Hydraulics Engineer to support our senior engineers in the design and development of hydraulic systems. You will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in hydraulics while working on exciting and impactful projects.

Responsibilities as Junior Hydraulics Engineer

- Work alongside senior engineers to assist in the design and development of hydraulic systems
- Provide support with installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems
- Assist in the creation of documentation and reports related to hydraulic projects
- Utilise CAD software for mechanical design
- Apply knowledge of hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and actuators
- Contribute to a problem-solving approach to address challenges in hydraulic systems design
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Maintain a dynamic and motivated approach to learning and exploring new skills within hydraulic systems design

Qualifications as Junior Hydraulics Engineer

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
- Familiarity with CAD software for mechanical design ( ideally AutoCAD )
- Understanding of fluid dynamics and mechanical principles
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and components
- Ability to apply a problem-solving approach to challenges
- Experience with mechanical assembly and fabrication techniques
